New Faces at the Bay Breeze this week with the Big Kids Art Camp underway! This group of students are between 10-15 yrs.
I want to welcome Raphael, Maggie, Erin, Hannah, Wendy and Cassie to the gallery and hope we will have as much fun as the little kids did last week!
These aspiring artists have been really focused on their projects and so far were introduced to watercolors, collage and sand painting.
Tomorrow we will do some acrylic painting and on Thursday we will tie-dye some great t-shirts!
We will be holding both camps again in mid-late August if your children or anyone you know might like to participate in our program.
Remember too, that we have a good supply of art products for sale. No tax will be charged on our art supplies!
Also, for anyone wishing to try painting out of doors, Martha Robinson will be here from Ontario to guide you through this refreshing and great experience Aug. 9th to 12th. For more information call 548-2160 or the gallery at 546-6937.
